A people person with a strong work ethic and guided by her innate interest in homes and people, Bonnie is an expert on the ins and outs of the business and can’t imagine doing anything else. Joining Coldwell Banker at the onset of her career, Bonnie was named Rookie of the Year for the Mid-Atlantic region her first year, and has seen her business increase year on year ever since. Honored with various awards and distinctions for her accomplishments, most recently, she earned a spot on Coldwell Banker’s top 100 agent list for 2014, was awarded Coldwell Banker’s 2014 International President’s Elite award and was voted as one of Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Real Estate Agents, featured in their July 2015 issue.
Serving Old Town Alexandria and surrounding areas, Bonnie works with all types of clients, including first-time home buyers, investors, and sellers, and her many designations, including certified stager (ASP), Previews Luxury Property Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Council of Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), allow her to provide her clients with the most comprehensive service and insight. “My main focus is providing superior service to my clients throughout the process. I get to know them, gain an understanding for what they are looking for, and inform them about prices, neighborhoods, and some of the lesser known—and perhaps unanticipated—elements that go into buying or selling a home, to provide them with realistic expectations,” she explains. “It can be an overwhelming experience for most people, especially if it is their first time, so patience is essential, as I work with each client as their advocate, to find them the best home or the best sales price.”
This includes guiding them through the process, never pressuring them and always thinking creatively, especially when it comes to bumps in the road. She is always more than happy to link them up with her network of trusted and talented professionals, including home inspectors, painters and contractors
